Film 2006 without Jonathon Ross
Over the past three weeks I haven't done very much of note. I've been working pretty consistently 11-13 hours a week which, quite frankly, is 20-30 hours a week less than I'd like. The job's still going fine though and I've kept busy by watching quite a few DVDS. Too many to list but here are a few i've managed to see for free since I started working at Video Ezy: Clerks, Serenity, Outfoxed, The Corporation, Battle Royale, Breaking News, Four Brothers, Crash, The Constant Gardener, Ong Bak, In Good Company, Enron: The Smartest Guys In The Room, Flight Plan, Sahara, Prime. The list goes on.
I did see V For Vendetta at the cinema last Sunday and The Inside Man the Sunday before that. I also bought the Wolfmother album which, I have to say, is really good.
Apart from that I went out in Adelaide a couple of Thursdays ago for a few drinks. I met up with Charles (one of the guys I work with) and his friends and saw a few pubs, had a few vodka and cokes and enjoye a bit of banter. Vodka and cokes here are pretty much the same price as in Sydney and Melbourne which I wasn't happy with but they tasted so good and I'd missed the taste so much. They made me feel whole again, like having an arm reattached...I'm sorry. I haven't been drinking much lately. Maybe it was more like greeting an old friend I hadn't seen in years or something.
